Mammoth Solar Continues to Invest in Pulaski County

Demonstrating a continued commitment to supporting Pulaski County, Doral Renewables today announced a series of charitable contributions totaling $19,000 to organizations across the county.

The donations will support historical preservation, animal welfare, education, and early childhood development initiatives throughout the region. Among the contributions, the Pulaski County Historical Society will receive $5,000 to purchase flags in preparation for the upcoming America 250 celebrations.

“We are incredibly grateful for this generous support,” said Kathi Thompson, vice president of the Pulaski County Historical Society. “These funds have already helped to create excitement throughout the county. We have only one opportunity to celebrate the 250th anniversary of the signing of the Declaration of Independence.”

The Pulaski Animal Center will benefit from approximately $8,000 in support of its annual fundraiser, helping provide care, shelter, and adoption services for animals in need.

“This donation makes a real difference for the animals we serve every day,” said Sara Bridegroom, manager of the Pulaski Animal Center. “Community partnerships like this allow us to expand our reach and improve the quality of care for every animal that comes through our doors.”

In support of local education, the Eastern Pulaski Community School Corporation will receive $6,000 toward a playground renovation project aimed at creating a safer and more engaging space for students.

“Investments like this go far beyond the playground, they support the well-being and development of our students,” said Jill Collins, principle of Eastern Pulaski Elementary School. “We appreciate this commitment to enhancing the educational environment for our children.”

“Our goal is to support the organizations that make Pulaski County a great place to live and work,” said Ed Baptista, vice president of development and agrivoltaics for Doral Renewables. “Each of these groups plays a vital role in the fabric of this community, and we’re proud to invest in their continued success.”
